there are always bumps in the road

Something happened.

For the first time in our 9 month engagement, Andrew wondered if he really and truly was ready to promise to love me and only me, forever and ever, ’til death do us part.

Kate Hudson became a single woman.

Luckily for Andrew, he chose to marry a very understanding girl who promised him that if, indeed, Kate calls to offer herself to him, he has my permission to do it. I mean, do her.

It’s a good thing that cell phone numbers are unlisted and I disconnected our land line last week, otherwise I’d be getting really worried I might have to call off this wedding.

Well, the road to happiness is always filled with a good compromise! Ha! Just add a sexy guy to your “list” you have a list right?

HA! Well, it’s good that you’ve come to an agreement about this. It’s important to know where you stand on these sorts of things.

I don’t think I have the same sort of permission if the oh-so-cute David Wright from the Mets ever asks me out after one of their games. (BF’s favorite team!)

By the way: the Phillies? WHOLE TEAM IS SO HOT! We watched their game the other night and I had to bite my lip the whole time in order to not make BF feel bad!

    LB,

Janet thinks Chase Utley is a hottie too. I don’t know what she thinks about the rest of the team….

Now if only they would actually play as hot as (you say) they look. Sigh.

We at least have crushed the Mets the last two nights, so tell your BF to take that! (We won’t mention the Mets’ 14 game lead or anything….)

Perhaps you could entice Andrew to stay by adding a fringed capelet to your wedding ensemble a la Kate H. at the 2001 Oscars… hot.

I think all of our husbands have a certain lady that they would leave us for.

My husband just admitted to me last week that if I died he would be forced to marry our friend, Sarah.

It’s a good thing she lives in Germany (and is married) or I might be worried.

With all these responses, I’m wondering who my husband would leave me for???

Sometimes I think he might leave me if Trey Anastasio (Phish) asked him to tour with him?

Haha! My husband and I both have one “celebrity” gimme. Ironically, both were cast last year on a tv show that my company produced. I figured that if there was ever going to be a time that we had a shot at our freebies… that ws it. We behaved. :)

Let’s be clear about this – we’re not talking about leaving anyone here. I’d never leave Janet, not even for sweet, sweet Kate Hudson.

We’re just talking about a harmless little fling on the side. No biggie, right sweetie? :)

For just a moment, I thought you were serious. Until I got to the Kate Hudson part. Whew!

My husband says he’d never want to be with another woman (meaning “in love with” another woman.)

However, he’s recently mentioned that kinky sex with the recently single Jenna Jameson and Carmen Electra would be quite nice. As he puts it, why waste your “freebie” with a “nice girl?”

Speaking of newlyweds, I saw a picture of Kid Rock and Pamela Anderson in the new issue of Rolling Stone…the “bikini” wedding shot. Both holding bottles of booze. Both with orange skin. Both looking so….inhuman and blankly vapid. I couldn’t stop staring.

I have no idea who my boyfriend would choose as his freebie. I think I’m okay with that. haha.
