Hi ladies and three boys! I’m sorry I’ve been MIA all week, it’s just that between everything going on, the blog seems to go to the bottom of the list. Hmmmm, I wonder why….

  • Work: pays me, yet also requires me to walk uphill both ways, in the snow, without giving me a snow day even though everyone else on this coast seemed to get three of them this week
  • Husband: loves me, writes me love letters, makes dinner for me, buys me flowers, and lets me watch bad TV with only a few complaints
  • Blog: no money, no fame, no dinner, no flowers, (but lots of love!)

So anyway, I hope you understand why sometimes y’all get neglected.

This weekend the in-laws are coming to town, which pretty much guarantees that we will eat well and we will eat lots. We are also scheduled to go to the Air & Space Museum Annex (or something?), which is what happens when you let the boys plan the agenda. Happy three day weekend everyone. I promise to bring back the funny, or at least the semi-sorta-interesting next week!

  3. I totally understand your line of reasoning. Although my hubby isn’t quite the flowers-love-letters kind of guy. But, in his defense, I have to say that he’s been cooking up quite the storm the last three weeks and has cooked healthy food just about every single night of the week! Have a good weekend. (3 days? Hmm, I wonder if I have it off…)

  13. hee. what is it with boys and strange uninteresting museums? We visited my boyfriend’s brother in Utah and the only place they REALLY wanted to go was the Air Force Museum. Luckily, we went to the mall instead. whew!
