hate: I love 90% of my job, and it’s going to be hard to leave. But we’ll tackle that next week.
love: I think it might be fun to make out with David Cook.
hate: I can’t believe I just admitted that. I don’t even watch the dumb show!
love: when Weight Watchers works
hate: when I fall off the wagon. I really need to get back on. I suck.
love: should I buy these shoes?
hate: or save my pennies? I need honest opinions!
love: we planted some hydrangeas in the front yard and I already love them
hate: I have no clue how to care for them. Perhaps I should read up?
love: so many recipes I want to try out
hate: we never seem to both be home in time to make or eat dinner together these days. Oh yeah, it’s an election year. Maybe in 2009…
love: guess what I’m playing this weekend? Roller hockey!
hate: no broken bones, please! (I’m not playing for real, just for fun down the street)
love: your loves & hates, even if wordpress/yahoo doesn’t want to email them to me, for some unknown reason (grrrrr)
I would also like to make out with David Cook. He totally bartended at a place here in Tulsa before American Idol.

I love hydrangeas! We planted like 8 last year in different colors and styles. They are so pretty and low maintence. Oddly, the one that is doing the best is a cutting from our neighbor’s bush that we stuck in a corner and basically ignored. It’s huge this year and already starting to bud when the others are pretty dinky.
I love those shoes but I wish they weren’t such a dusky color, a more clear aqua/turquoise I would not be able to resist.

The shoes are super cute and so cheap! That would be a hard shade of blue for me to wear (like what Rachel said), but if you have stuff to go with it, I’d say to buy them. And I hardly ever encourage the shopping habit!

LOVE those shoes! and $25? i’m thinking that’s a definitely MUST HAVE. (for me AND you)
love: that tonight is the first night in two weeks i have NOTHING to do and NOWHERE to go. DVR will get some much needed attention!
hate: that i don’t have a certain someone to snuggle on the couch with while catching up on my DVR.

love: that i finally joined a gym and have been every day this week so far!
hate: that this was a not-busy week for me and the gym still ate up most of my free time, so i’m not sure how this will go on busy weeks. (this also means i haven’t eaten dinner with my fiance at all this week, which i’m not really OK with happening all the time.)
love: three day weekend that i’m not traveling for!
hate: feeling like i’m wasting a good opportunity to travel.
glad you want to try to black bean cakes!
and also, i personally wouldn’t buy the shoes. i don’t like the canvas, if that’s what that material is. and they’d be hard to match. BUT i also have weaknesses when it comes to cute shoes that are on sale, so i might give in, too. guess i’m no help.

Those are adorable shoes! (I noticed the biggest size they have is like a 7.5 though, which would be way too small for my 9-9.5 self.)
I bet your co-workers will miss you even more than you’ll miss leaving! How lucky you are, and how loved you must be, for them to throw you a party.
