life in bullets and links
- My sister-in-law got engaged this weekend, which means Love is Blonde will remain quasi-wedding-planning-obsessed through 2009! (In fact, I have more wedding posts in the queue to be edited…)
- My mother, with the help of Jen and many hours of nagging on my part, launched her Very Own Blog for her photography business. Go check it out!
- Jen and Melissa came to visit DC, and took tons of gorgeous photos and even recapped the weekend for me. We basically did not stop talking and laughing all weekend, it was great.
- I look so fat in the pictures I want to cry, but that is a topic for another day. But still, waahhhh. Major struggle.
- We are going to Delaware this weekend for Mother’s Day, and GET THIS: My in-laws, in the year of Aught Nine, finally got high speed internet. HALLELUJAH.
- My real life BFF is having another baby girl! I’ve already lobbied for a few favorite baby names
- One month from today I’ll dancing my pants off (dress off?) at my lovely friend’s wedding on the eve of our Italian vacation.
- I LOVE THIS CAT. I am borderline obsessed with it, in fact.
- That is all.
- What about you?

So, the hubby and I will be making a trip this July to the Philly/Trenton/Baltimore/DC area. Any suggestions on what we should do? If I remember, didn’t you do a post about “my City” a while back (like a year ago or so?)?..

We’re away on Saturday this weekend, but is there any chance of catching coffee or drinks on Sunday? I’m sure Andrew’s mom won’t mind!
(No pressure!)

OMG, that cat video is awesome. I especially love the boxes.
I’m going to be “home” in DE this weekend too to visit my grandma and attend a bridal shower, but in slower lower DE. Will you be near there?

You shared a video of that same cat jumping in and out of a big cardboard box a few weeks ago, right? I remember because I, too, am borderline obsessed with Maru. I want to kidnap his fat face.

Ah, if only we could always write blog entries in bulleted lists…(Well, then I’d still be blogging!) How excited are you for your Italian vacation?? I am super jealous! I want to get back to Europe baaaad. (And not to visit family – not that I don’t love doing that, too – it’s just not that same.) As you know, my wedding is also one month from yesterday. Crazy! (I think I might update my blog about that, just to be totally random.)

Loved the cat video. And I still love your cats, too – I hope their Visitor Anxiety went away and they’ve been nice to you (and the couch) since then!
Have a great weekend in Delaware!

That’s so awesome about your mom’s new blogging prowess. My mom is still scared of computers, but then again she’s a bit older than most of the parents of my peers, heh.
I’m getting married, but I’m always nervous about blogging about my wedding, because I don’t want to irritate people.

Love your mom’s blog! Can we just say I’m obsessed with pictures of weddings and babies? Even if they’re strangers.
Happy Italian beach vacation. I don’t understand why most men I know hate flip flops. I am considering making that gender difference the focus of my master’s thesis.

Hi! I think this is the first time I have commented even though I have been reading you for a couple of weeks.
I don’t get to watch youtube at work so I am glad I saw this post when I was home. I want that cat!
Your mom’s pics are so cute. well the cute kids help too. But I love how whimsical her wedding pics are.
