hate: When the World Series knocks Glee off my Wednesday night TV schedule.
love: Two (or is it three?) years later, my parents finally sold their house. So happy for them!
hate: I’ll never get to cross-country ski in their backyard in a blizzard again. Bye-bye exurban house, hello city house!
love: We got a brand new washer and dryer delivered today, finally!
hate: Sadly, it’s not much better than the old one. The curse of the tiny appliances to fit in our tiny house, I guess.
love: Thinking about sending photo Christmas cards this year. Where’s the best place to order them, perhaps Costco?
hate: Feeling grinchy about Halloween already; this does not bode well for the rest of the holiday season
love: My sister in law is getting married in less than six weeks!
hate: Perhaps I should think about getting my bridesmaids dress hemmed.
love: Our three year wedding anniversary (seriously, can you believe that?) is in a few weeks.
hate: We celebrated early already. But I bet I can convince him to take me out to a nice dinner anyway 
love: Went to my first ever NHL hockey game last night, and it was more fun than I expected!
hate: Being under one roof with tens of thousands of people? Pretty much guaranteed H1N1 exposure, yep.
love: Reading about the loves and hates in your lives. It’s been too long…fill me in!
Love: The snow! Swoon!
Hate: No radiator’s yet, landlord promises they’ll be on by tomorrow.
Love: Little Red Riding Hood Halloween costume
Hate: I feel like I can only wear it on Friday OR Saturday, not both…need new costume…sigh.

Love: I got a ton of contacts and ideas from my conference last week.
Hate: I have a ton of notes to go through.
Love: I just finished The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, which was awesome
Hate: I am now freaked out by the ending.
Love: It’s not going to rain for our homecoming football game on Saturday.
Hate: They’re calling for temperatures in the 70s; I call fall foul.
Love: The leaves on the trees are so pretty now!
Hate: Most of them are on the ground already.
Love: The excuse to eat candy corn all weekend!

Hate: Being able to drink again, because it means I’m not pregnant

Hate: There are still more things I’d like to do but no time for them
Love: That I don’t have to worry about getting the flu bc I got it already?

need more time to think of my love/hates, but before I forget… best place for picture holiday cards… etsy!! find a seller who will create a jpg for you for $10-15 and then print them at wherever photo prints are cheapest!
OR if you have some good photo/scrapbook software do it yourself???

I’m so happy for your parents!! (There would have been some good cross-country-blizzard-skiing in the backyard today!)
I definitely would recommend Costco for photocards. Quite of few of my friends have used them for birth announcements and they always look great!

Love: Seeing Janet blogs pop up in my feed reader.
RIP.
Hate: I am so far gone from the blogosphere… it is as if Sass Attack never existed.
Love: In the last 5 months, AS’s brother, my sister and my BFF-NYC Mere have all moved to DC! So I will come visit and hopefully meet Janet.
Hate: Will Janet even remember what I look like when I haven’t blogged in a year? Thank god for Facebook!
