hate: my hubby is about to be unemployed (don’t worry, we knew this when he took the job, but still, we are back to living off my salary)
love: my house-husband will clean, cook, grocery shop AND rub my feet for me
hate: that vacation hasn’t started yet. One more day of work.
love: that I get 11 days off from work and get to go home to Denver and see my family and friends
hate: that I have been eating like a growing teenage boy ever since the wedding. It’s not pretty.
love: World Market
hate: that I won’t be able to check my mail for 11 days! how many Christmas cards do you think I’ll get in that time?
love: my new KitchenAid mixer. Loooooooooooove it.
hate: packing and schlepping things to two different states for Christmas. Why can’t all my family and friends live in a 20 mile radius? Would that be too much to ask for? (I think I am the reason that parents don’t like their kids to go off to college far away. They never come home, they marry people from the other coast, etc. Sorry mom!)
love: all my blogger friends. I feel very warm and lovey toward you all during this holiday season. Hope Santa brings you lots of diamonds and ponies and chocolate!

don’t worry, my mom and dad finally moved into the current century and have wireless DSL. I will post on vacation! Unless I eat so much I die, which is a serious possibility.

So jealous of that mixer! Though, if I had one (sooo looking forward to a wedding for that! haha) I would just bake more - which means I’d eat more and then yeah, growing. sad.

Love: I just got a raise and a promotion too! Wheeee!!
Hate: the christmas INSANITY in my office. I swear, this place is seriously out of control with excessive gift-giving and christmas-sweater wearing.
Love: I am also going on vacation for 10 days!
Hate: Going to Vermont to visit my boyfriend’s Ka-Ray-Zee mother. Last time she made me sleep on the floor of his 9y.o. brother’s room, so Joel wouldn’t see me in my jammies and thing about how we live together and sleep in the same bed and sometimes we even kiss, but we’re not married in the eyes of God. SINFUL!

Ooh, Happy Promotion is almost as good as Merry Christmas! Congrats! It is certainly worth a good, hearty booyah. And I’ll raise you a fist pump!
I love my mixer, too, to a perhaps unhealthy level. I don’t agree at all with the comment on your Flickr picture, but maybe I’m just used to washing it…? Shrug.

Love: that hubby gave me a body pillow for Christmas (that he couldn’t wait to give to me, so I already used)
Hate: that I have to work two more days. BORING.
Love: that I’m going to Colorado to see EVERYONE, my family, hubbies family!
Hate: that the snow storm in Colorado is making me stress about getting home for Christmas!

Congrats on the raise and the promotion! I am wickedly jealous of your mixer. Have you made pizza dough with it yet? Yum…
Love: My new job that starts 1/2.
Hate: That my new apartment won’t be ready until 1/4. Oh, and from finding out about the job until starting I have 18 days to wrap up my current job, move to a new city, start a new job and celebrate the holidays.
Love: All of my shopping is done!
Hate: While I usually love wrapping presents, there are so many freaking presents left to wrap.
LOVE: Office holiday parties and having almost zero work obligations, plus a high school reunion luncheon all today.
