love & hate, cuatro de mayo edition

love: 41 comments!!!!!!!! You all love the baby name game as much as I do! My husband can never make fun of me again, for I have been validated by the internets

hate: that only three of you (two yesses plus two more at half-approves makes three) approved of naming my kid Magnus. Boo!

love: that you unanimously rejected Sherrod. Sorry, any Sherrods of the world who have stumbled across this site. Really, I am.

hate: calories. Really hate them. Hate that food I like is full of them.

love: planning two vacations in June. One trip to the coast of the Carolinas and another to Denver, perhaps stopping in Seattle. Hopefully to see friends, family, and new babies!

hate: our 6-month anniversary is next Friday and we are celebrating by going to an office party. I can already feel the romance!

love: okay, this one is a little cheesy, but I love love love some of the writers at the Washington Post. If work is boring you today and you’ve got a spare 20 minutes, read these gems. [Pearls Before Breakfast] [From Here to Eternity]

hate: I ordered photo albums to hold my 1,268 wedding photos on April 10th. They were supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. Let’s see here, my calendar says it’s May 4th and I still have no photo albums! Online shopping you are breaking my heart!

love: dogsitting for my landlord’s sweetie chocolate lab pup and pretending it’s OUR doggie as we stroll through the neighborhood

Drink some margaritas for me this weekend and leave your loves and hates in the comments, my lovelies!

Hate: While I was typing this, my cat threw up.
Love: It wasn’t on the hardwood.
