(You know, I just thought of something. I think they purposely make summer TV so bad that by the time mediocre shows come back in the fall - Yes, I’m talking about you, Grey’s Anatomy - we are jaded and desperate.)
(We probably can’t afford cable at the potential hypothetical new house anyway. Or electricity to turn on the tv. So it’s really for the better.)
3. Would you ever get plastic surgery?
A) Hells, no!
B) I want it now, please.
C) Ask me after I have two children and change all my principles.
4. How should I decorate my future, hypothetical powder room?
A) Shabby license plate chic, seen here.
B) Modern b&w damask, seen here.

Nevermind, don’t answer that. I like cheese too much.

first of all, this post was wonderful in so many ways. secondly, i (of course) am probably going to steal it from you. finally, i am commenting you while in the BATH because of my fun new phone! yay!
p.s. i have a plan. let’s meet this fall and we will both a) lose 10 pounds before meeting or b) say screw it and meet while simultaneously shoving guacamole and margarita into our faces.

Oooh! Christian Bale is hott! Sorry, I realize that his question was towards the end - but I just don’t remember anything else but Oooh! He’s dreamy!
Ok, in actuality I am not that shallow… and when the election comes up I will carefully research all the candidates and then vote for the one with the best hair. (wink wink)

Agreed that C.B. is TASTY, despite occasionally looking a bit gaunt/greasy/CRAZY in his roles and in regular life. Now…what were your questions…oh yes:
1) I’m totally going for B
2.) Skip Monday night footbalzzzz, TIVO the Hills and watch Dr. 90210. Who doesn’t like seeing 16 year olds get their already perky boobs done?
3.) Would *I* ever get plastic surgery? Hell ya, if I had the cash…would YOU? I’d go for “C”, ask me after I’ve had two kids
4) I like the hypothetical powder room in the modern damask, but with a bit more color. Maybe a bright pink/red/yellow table instead of the black n’ white?
5) What you need to do is buy a new outfit that makes you LOOK like you lost ten pounds, than go meet the girls. Or, failing that, shoes.

7) Tuesday IS sort of like my Friday, so I’m saying YES!

C) I already own a house and I have my lovely aunt flo this week, so I am already eating ramen noodles and I already popped my zit.

A) Monday Night Football - be forced to watch with husband

C) Dr. 90210 - tivo (bc it is probably a rerun I have seen)
Don’t get rid of the cable. It will be the only entertainment that you can afford. Yes, you will finally watch all those early 90’s movies you have heard about.

I choose a combined b and c. I would love to have the girls rearranged a bit as well and all the hair minus the head removed.

I have some of this as an accent in my bedroom and I LOVE IT. Red and black and white damask.

Exsist on the water and fiber diet. You will be in the bathroom so much ten pounds will feel like nothing.

How can you seriously call “The Hills” bad TV? It’s brilliant. BRILL-IANT. (In a bad kind of way.)
Also, I think it’s perfectly normal not to know who you’re supporting in the primary yet. Four years ago at this time, many of us normal folks had no idea who your famous BFF H.D. was yet! This primary cycle is bizarre and lasting FOREVER.

I’ve loved reading your blog lately, it’s so witty and entertaining!
1. Ramen and Two Buck Chuck is quite alright for a party.
2. Skip. Watch (I’m bias and love how bad the Hills is). Tivo.
