WALL-E

Husband and I went to see this new Pixar film this weekend after reading all the rave reviews. We really liked it, and spent the rest of the weekend calling each other Walllllll-eeeeeeeeee and Eeeeeeeevuh

It’s Me or The Dog

Make fun of me all you want, this show starring dominatrix-like dog trainer Victoria Stillwell gets me on the elliptical machine and keeps me there when boredom strikes.

Wedding photos to frame in the house. Finally! Should I go with full color or black and white?

I never tire of buying lovely things* on etsy, which reminds me…

Alexander Henry Aviary fabric (photo from here)

I first noticed it in this precious little smock on etsy and now I’m determined to use this fabric in my home décor somehow*. Somehow!

yummy Mexican food from Oyamel

Husband took me out to dinner here for my birthday, and though it’s a bit expensive for any old dinner, it was perfect for a celebration. We licked our tapas plates clean and slurped every last drop of a quite large pitcher of margs. We’ll probably go back to celebrate our anniversary.

That’s what I’ve been up to. What about you?

*Someone might need to stage a small bird intervention in my life. I KNOW.

  1. After all of the great reviews, I’m definitely going to have to go see Wall-E soon. I’ve loved most of Pixar’s movies so hopefully this one will be the same.

  2. oh i want to see wall-e! i’m glad you give it a thumbs up :)

as for the photographs? i think you could do a mix. a friend of mine did that in her house with her wedding photos. turned out great.

  3. I finally saw the Sex and the City movie! Liked it!

Up to? Hoping I start hearing good news soon!

  4. Love the wedding photo! I say mix up the color with the black & white! What I’ve been up to … closing on our condo yesterday and getting ready for our impending move this weekend!

  5. I’m glad AS and I aren’t the only ones cooing WALLLL-EEEE these days!

  6. I cannot WAIT to see WALL-E.

  7. I’m so glad that you guys liked WALLE.
Tim and I really want to see it.

  8. i seriously want to see wall-e, it looks so cute! and i love the wedding photo. i say mix it up and do black and white and colored photos, but that pic looks great in black and white. so pretty!

  9. Yay, you saw Wall-E! We absolutely loved that movie. I was so impressed by the complex characters of the robots, and it was done almost entirely w/out dialogue! Crazzzy. (I think the OCD cleaning robot was my fav.)

Also, I felt an irrational urge to plant something after leaving the theater. Hopefully the movie will spawn a new generation of organic farmers..hehe. I love me some liberal propaganda. ;)

I prefer b&w for the photos. It helps look timeless.
